Payment
Payment for goods is in GBP pounds sterling. We also accept € or $, please on request. At checkout, payments by credit cards are processed securely through Stripe. Payment by bank transfer or cash on collection is also possible, please contact us for details.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Arran View Vintage. Please bear in mind that all our items are vintage and therefore pre-owned. We try and be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and photography and are happy to send you more photos if required so you can be sure of the quality of the item you are buying. However, if for any reason you need to return an item we will refund the cost of the item only, not the cost of shipping. The item must be returned at the buyers' expense by a signed for delivery service within 14 days and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Your privacy is very important to us. The personal information collected when placing an order is held on our secure database and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that order. We will not share customer details with any third parties and will not store credit or debit card details.
